Yay! I'm glad for any case brought against this currant batch of Governing Body members(clowns in every sense of the word).

I think the laws may favor a properly presented case before many different 'worldly' legal systems and eventually bankrupt the Watchtower Corporation. I think it might be a feast day for lawsuit lawyer both now and in the future so hurry up and get it before they go belly up.

Can you just feel the desperation in those underhanded instructions pray for us pray for us pray for us begging manner. To me this is shear desperation an all or nothing hail Mary play a call for complete obedience despite what the news may say about them being an Extremist group ban from Russia, I mean how can you live that down to the whole world when all the goods on them is broadcast all over the world and all the lawsuits they are facing. the way that the wt conducts business in russia, hiding ownership of property and moving money overseas, was a large factor in the jws falling afoul of the russian authorities.

it wasn't just 'extremist' views that came into play, it was also their handling of money that was illegal.. this article is from a russian news source - i had to use google translate to read it, so i have copied and pasted the whole article (i usually don't...apologies to the author of the article).

i just watched the live feed from the russian court room and followed the updates on the russian exjw forum.. just waiting for confirmation from other sources...but, it looks like the final (and expected) result is:.

banned.

which means that the wts property in russia now belongs to the russian state..

Perhaps the Russian government can use some of the proceeds$$$ from sale of properties be used for government offered assistance: non threatening psychological assistance to members of the cult. it only takes a few russian jws to start their google search for the first time to discover the truth about their religion.. questions might arise, such as "why is jehovah allowing this to happen?

consider too, the schism that happened when the romanian jws were cut off from brooklyn.

Any claim of unjust persecution just won't hold water and is sure to back fire on them.
